Tanya H. Van Cott, AIA

Published for innovations in design and awarded a Presidential Design Achievement Award by the National Endowment for the Arts, Tanya is interested in the possibility of social change through design and especially the written word.

A graduate of Pratt Institute, with a Bachelors of Architecture (Barch) and a Masters of Industrial Design (MID), Tanya has dedicated her career to interdisciplinary design. She has sought out projects that span her varied interests to create unique design solutions in many mediums.
Prior to opening her own Architectural Practice and Production Company, Tanya was fortunate to call Pentagram & Lippincott 
​(formerly Lippincott & Margulies)  a rich training ground.

Trained as a problem solver, her writing explores human intrapersonal psychology and the social implications of largely unknown existing disruptive technologies, making complex information accessible through relatable storytelling.

With three completed novels, a screenplay, two novellas and a book of poetry, Tanya is currently working on two projects; TMY, a prequel the Bandwidth and a screenplay titled, Architecture of Lies.
