In August 2015, days before the start of a new semester MIRANDA J. WRIGHT, a Columbia University  sociology graduate student, is found dead inside her dorm room.
The preceding eighteen months holds the answer to who or what was to blame, but things aren’t always what they seem in higher education. Are they?

All alone in New York City, under the guidance of a cut throat advisor, PROFESSOR YANG and involved in tenuous  relationships with CLARISSA, JT and JEN, Miranda was  on a very personal mission to expose the amphetamine epidemic on college campus' and in the bellies of millions of children across America through the publication of her DISSERTATION on THE MEDICALIZATION OF SUCCESS 

The only way to afford her education and housing was her own non-negotiable path to success. As an on campus resident advisor (RA) and her private involvement in the 22 billion-dollar unregulated Assisted Reproductive Technology Industry as a paid, repeat egg donor Miranda makes 10K dollars a cycle injecting herself with hormones and subjecting herself to increasingly dangerous and sexually invasive procedures.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BE COOL? 

August 2015, along a piece of highway somewhere in America, at the tail end of a family road trip, a NAMELESS YOUNG MOTHER AND WIFE hits her emotional rock bottom. While stuck in a traffic jam, she escapes her family’s moving vehicle and runs toward her version of freedom, a young man on a motorcycle.
After a tragic motorcycle accident, she moves in and out of consciousness, as others work to save her body, she works tirelessly to save her soul.
While sharing stories in an ongoing conversation with  her alter ego, the voice of the MOTORCYCLIST, everyman, yet no man in particular she unravels the  complex layers of infidelity and escapism from all vantage points; man, woman, child and even mistress searching for an answer to a question she has yet to verbalize. 


But can she save herself? Even if the doctors can't?

A fictionalized origin story of an existing water technology, Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) and a modern reimagining of the Classic Flood Myth.

NOA unravels emotionally after her husbands untimely death in 2015. Due to the belief that dirty well water was to blame, at their modernized solar farm in upstate New York, she begins to build an otherworldly machine within their empty barn, making water out of thin air.

In an attempt to  protect her  adult children from a society she views as crippled; morally, politically and environmentally  her actions attract unwanted attention from the society she is trying to escape.

Grief has the power to fuel the creative process, but is withdrawal from society really possible?

Together, they go on an allegorical journey through the demolition and reconstruction of one small room, which bears witness to their collective nakedness as they work  on the structural elements they can fix and accept the ones they cannot.  

The story implores one man to wake up and stop wasting the time of his life. Narrated  by the nameless female protagonist, alternating between present tense conversational prose & past tense poetry.
